My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms needed better upkeep and cleaning, but I appreciated the quiet location. The service was accommodating but seemed to struggle with restocking. I was pleased with the location of the hotel as it was very convenient and beautiful. However, the room did not fit the initial vibe of the hotel, and the broken A/C was a letdown. The service was a mix of friendliness from the cleaning staff and kitchen team, but there were issues with the cleanliness of the room. The dining experience on the 4th of July morning could have been better, with limited options available. Overall, I found the hotel to be in a great location but with some room for improvement in various aspects.
The hotel's location is convenient with Walmart, Target, and restaurants nearby, making it a good base for exploring Tucson. The rooms are nice but could use some updating, and it was a bit too cold due to air conditioning issues. The service is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond, but there were minor lapses in attention to detail.
